PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We also store information for affiliate’s website in order to track our partner brands. This is for business use only and we do not sell or share this data with any branding partner. Though, we use SliceWP WordPress Plugin to track your affiliate performance.

These Terms & Conditions are between Customers of the SerpFit Digital Solutions (“you” or “your”) and SerpFit Digital Solutions(“we” or “us”) and apply to the website(s) specified in your monthly subscription or service you have contracted with regards to SerpFit Digital Solutions.
Limitation of Liability
These subscription and one-time services are provided with a best faith effort; we’ll do our best to provide everything that we say we will. However, no person, operation, or system is error proof or without flaws, and there is a chance that something may go wrong. These can include corrupted backups, bad plugins, hosting errors, hacking beyond repair, database corruptions, etc.
If something does go wrong, we will do our best to fix it as quickly as possible. You agree not to hold us liable for any damages beyond the fees you have paid us for this service.
In no event will we be liable to you for any lost profits, lost savings, or incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, arising out of your use of our services or the breach of this agreement.
Membership Subscription & Services
SerpFit provides a Free Membership account to the users and you are responsible for the data you share. We do not share your data with any 3rd party apart from your Billing and Analytics information. You billing information is reserved with reputed payment gateways. We currently use Paypal as our main payment gateway for customer billing.
For our Premium Membership, we do provide extra benefits and you can see benefits list in your dashboard area. Our subscription is auto renewal.
Subscriptions will continue automatically every 30 days of the start of the subscription until cancelled. You may submit a request to cancel at any time, and we will not bill for future periods. We do not provide refunds due to digital nature of products and services.
We use Paypal as our payment gateway. If we will add more payment gateways, you will see them here. Any policy laid down by these 3rd party secured payment gateways is beyond our control and you can read their respective policies on their particular websites.
On Demand Jobs
We provide a limited service oriented support with each plan. But if you are in need of something, you can contact us and we would love to provide you a tentative budget forecast for your task. Note that this amount can be changed (with realistic manners) due to extended time in the task.

For larger projects, we are happy to provide you with a quote based on the project requirements before any work commences.
Keeping your site’s software up to date is critically important for security — out-dated software is the most common way sites get hacked.
All our monthly support plans include updates, where we will take care of your WordPress core and plugin updates on a regular basis (typically about once a week).
Because updates can occasionally introduce new bugs, we generally do not run updates immediately upon availability (unless it’s for a critical security patch). Additionally, some WordPress and plugin updates could cause issues with other plugins and themes installed on your site.
We are not responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of these updates, but we will do our best to identify any issues that arise and help fix them or restore your site from a backup.
Theme updates will be performed for minor (“point”) releases, but generally not for major releases.
Privacy & Security
We take privacy and security very seriously. We will not share your personal information with any third parties, except when necessary to do so to provide our services to you, or when required by law.
We take measures to protect and secure your information (both personal information and passwords/site access information) using encryption and layers of password-protection and two-factor authentication when available, and we require our contractors or other third-party services to do the same. We often utilize TrueKey for password management and you can share the password information necessary with us via this service if you choose.
In return, we ask you to use strong and unique passwords for your WordPress site, your hosting account, your email account, and other online accounts — and to never send passwords directly in email.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate; however, we can’t guarantee that there are no errors. Please remember that everything on the site has been provided for informational purposes only. You understand that if you use the information on the site, your results may vary.
Use of Our Services
Unless otherwise stated, we own all of the intellectual property and rights to the content we create, like our knowledge base, which you will receive access to as one of our customers. This information is provided for your personal use only and you may not share it with third parties.
We do not claim any right on content or work (Pin designs) that comes under our paid services. If you have paid us to make something for you, you can claim it’s copyright. We use this transparency to reward your invested money as your asset creation.
You may not use our services in any way that causes damage to either our website, our services, our other customers, or the property of any third parties.

The Legal Terms
You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else or to a different website without our permission. This agreement stays in place and need not be renewed. These terms represent our entire agreement. If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place.
Although the language is simple, the intentions are serious and this contract is a legal document governed by the laws of the Government of India.

Refund Policies of SerpFit Digital Solutions – Updated (September 12, 2021)
Refund Policies for Monthly Subscription
We provide the Premium Membership Plan that brings extra benefits to your regular purchase at SerpFit. Your subscription is auto renewal and you may charge every month with a 30 day billing cycle. You can cancel your Subscription but once auto renewed, we are not liable to refund it. You can raise a ticket via Live Chat where we might be able to adjust your renewed amount in your next purchase by closing your premium account on prior basis.
Refund Policies for Digital Goods and Products
We launch new courses, eBooks and digital materials under paid scheme time to time. Due to digital nature of these products, once downloaded/accessed, there is no scope left to prove unused claim from your side. This is the reason, we provide no refund on these products and our policies are strictly locked on this topic.
You are encouraged to clear all your doubts via our Live Chat before you make any purchase with us.
Refund Policies for Services
You can grant refunds for accidental transfers within 6 hours of your purchase. Our system and CRM proceed user orders after 6 hours of purchase for further fulfillment by our hard work team members. In simple words, your ordered service starts into action after 6 hours of order made and we do not provide refund once the order is locked and assigned to our employees.

SerpFit Digital Solutions is fully authorized to change prices for products that you may promote among your audience. We advice you to check out latest prices before creating content for your audience. We also run affiliate offers and you can find more information in your affiliate dashboard section.
Strict PPC Policies
We are strict against using ad campaigns that directly target our brand keywords. Any combination of the keywords ‘SerpFit Digital Solutions’ for Search Engine Ads is prohibited and your account will be banned with immediate action. In such case, our expert will analyze your account personally before the settlement. You cannot claim commissions earned via PPC campaigns on our brand keywords.
Refund Policy and Commission Rejections
We pay you on Successful Sale Conversions and this also reserves a scope for refunds. If your referred user claims a successful refund, your commission will also be rejected as we are not liable to pay you without our sale. We send communications via emails for such rejects and the same might reflect in your affiliate dashboard within 6 hours oh rejection email.
Minimum Withdrawal & Transaction Cycle
To ensure the right calculations after all the refunds, we do not pay instantly. We pay our affiliates on 7th of every month for the commissions earned in the last month.
For example: If you earned $115 from 1st January to 31st January, then you may recieve your commissions on 7th February.
The minimum amount for withdrawal is $20 and any balance below this amount will be adjusted in the next month for the withdrawal.
